Information for Presenters at ISB14
ISB14 is a hybrid conference.
All sessions are live and synchronous. In any session (including symposia), there may be some presenters who are presenting in person and others who are presenting online via Zoom. The sessions will be attended by conference delegates both in person and online via Zoom. For each session, there will be a session chair and a student volunteer who will provide assistance for the presenters. You will find below further detail that will help you prepare for your presentations at the conference.
Oral Presentation
Each oral presentation will be given 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A. Further detail on this will be available soon.
Poster Presentation
Guidelines for In-Person Poster Presenters
Poster displays will be limited to one side of a board.
The recommended poster size is A0 (841 X 1198 mm).
The boards can accommodate posters either in landscape or portrait orientation.
Make sure to include the abstract title, author and co-author names, affiliated institution(s) and contact details.
On the day of your poster presentation
Check the number assigned to your poster presentation from the program booklet.
Find the board with your poster number.
Display your poster on the board with your poster number.
Seek assistance from volunteers if necessary.
The designated poster presenter should be present at the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the poster.

Guidelines for both In-Person and Online Poster Presenters
Please prepare your poster as a pdf.
Find the poster number assigned to your poster from the program (to be made available soon).
Title your pdf as your assigned poster number and your title. For example, if P002 is the number assigned to your poster, then you should title your pdf as P002 Variation in multilingual communities: Rhythm and English-Mandarin code-switching in Singapore.
We will make available a submission link soon and you will be asked to submit your poster in pdf through the link.
Teams will be the primary platform for the poster presentation sessions at the ISB14. We will make available further information about presenting your posters online and interacting with the conference delegates soon.
