Ibis Sydney World Square

Note from the conference organising committee: Ibis Sydney World Square is one of our budget accommodation options. Ibis Sydney World Square is located adjacent to the World Square shopping centre right at the centre of Sydney CBD. From Ibis Sydney World Square, it takes about 25 minutes to walk to Sydney Opera House and about 15 minutes if you take the Light rail. Ibis Sydney World Square is located at a short walking distance away from the Town Hall train station. From Town Hall, it takes about 40 minutes to get to Macquarie University (the conference venue). You need to first take the T1 train from Town Hall to Chatswood; and transfer onto Metro at Chatswood to Macquarie University station. It is a great accommodation option for conference delegates who are planning to explore the city of Sydney and its surrounding areas.
